These are full hour long Sessions with Consultation and Movement Assessment built in.
You can book as close as 24 hours in advance and cancellation policy is 24 hours notice.
What is the Process?
First thing’s first.
After a quick chat about your training history, goals and any health issues we’ll jump right in to get you moving.
This will be your movement assessment. Together we’ll perform a range of basic exercises and shapes to give us an idea of where best to focus our efforts and what style of progression and programming we will use.
With a clearer idea of what we can do consistently for training I will formulate a plan or programme for the next several sessions or training cycle.
For most people this will focus on developing the following:
Basic isometric shapes for better movement, more stable core and injury/pain prevention.
Key compound movements which are the most efficient “bang for buck” exercises.
Lighter, higher rep movements for hypertrophy and endurance.
Circuit training for more total stimulus and cardio adaptations.
Specific skills and/or flexibility training if that is part of your goals.
Any other extra volume training to focus specifically on a certain body part or movement.
What should I bring?
All you need is:
Wear flat footwear. (avoid big-heeled chunky runners)
Clothing you can move comfortably in.
A bottle of water.
A small hand towel.
Any medication you may need.
How much does it cost?
Session prices are:
€50 per 1 hour session.
€100 per 3 sessions.
€300 per 10 session Program.
